Salsa Verde
1 lb tomatillos husked
1 small onion
a few garlic cloves, peeled and chopped or crushed
1/3 c fresh cilantro
Lime juice
Throw it all in a mixer or food processor. Grind to texture preference. You can add other chilies to taste. Great with fish or with chips.
