Alaches, Angus beef, apples, basil, beets, bell peppers, bison, blueberries, bok choy, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, cheese (curds, parmesan, provolone, romano, swiss), chocolates, cilantro, cipollini onions, collard greens, corn, cucumbers, elk and red deer meat, espazote, farm-fresh chicken, fresh eggs, gourmet brats and grilling sausages, herbs, honey, hot peppers, kale, lettuce, maple syrup, milk, mint, multi-colored peppers, okra, papaldos, parsley, pears, pepichas, potatoes, preserves, radishes, shallots, snow peas, sour cream, spinach, squash flowers, sweet candy onions, sweet peas, swiss chard, tomatillos, tomatoes, winter squash, yogurt, zucchini.

Fresh fruit juices, smoothies, coffee, biscotti, healthy and delicious cookies and fresh bakery every Sunday.

Bake a big batch and give away as gifts...


Ingredients
1 cup + 3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 c butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 Tbsp buttermilk
1 1/2 cups grated apples
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

Additional 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar for topping, if desired.



Directions
1. Cream butter, sugar.

2. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk.

3. Add grated apples and mix.

4. Mix dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients a little at a time.

5. Fill greased and floured loaf pans just over 3/4 full. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture if desired.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

7. Cool for 10 minutes on wire rack before removing from pan. Freezes well!
