What’s new this week?

This week at the market, the cold-loving vegetables are enjoying their weeks in the spotlight. So get some green onions and put them on the grill and brush them with oil and soy sauce.

You could make a salad of fresh spinach, green onions, feta cheese, orange juice, balsamic vinegar and oil. Or go all out as a locavore and make a quiche with mushrooms, spinach and green onions, and Farmer John’s gorgonzola cheese.
